At Looseleaf Studio, we sell digital products (PNG files).

Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final once the file has been downloaded.

If you experience:

• A corrupted file
• A broken download link
• Or any technical issue preventing access

Please contact us within 7 days of purchase at hello@looseleafstudio.net, and we’ll make it right.
